According to WABetaInfo, in version 2.23.20.10 for Android, WhatsApp is introducing changes to icons and colors, aiming to provide a more modern and organized appearance, especially in dark mode. This version also features a more vivid and prominent green, along with a refresh of chat bubble colors.

With the possible change, the three dots in the top right corner will be replaced by the user’s profile picture thumbnail to facilitate access to settings.

Icons on the chat page will also be altered, such as replacing the paperclip with the “+” icon. Although the release date is not confirmed, these improvements indicate an enhanced version coming soon for testers and users.
